14 – 24 hour rates are charged when long working days and time taken to get to site would make it a Health and Safety issue on site and danger on the roads for Keith to be driving for any length of time after a long day on site.
- The start time at the Office / workshop is before 7:00am and the finish time at the Office / workshop is 20:00 or later.
- 14 or more hours labour in one 24 hour period is required.
- 8 or more hours labour is required 2 or more days in a row on a site 150+ miles or more one way from OX16 0EB
- 10 or more hours labour is required 2 or more days in a row on a site 100-149 miles or more one way from OX16 0EB
- 11 or more hours labour is required 2 or more days in a row on a site 80-99 miles or more one way from OX16 0EB
- 12 or more hours labour is required 2 or more days in a row on a site 50-79 miles one way from OX16 0EB
- 14 or more hours labour is required 2 or more days in a row on a site 10-49 miles one way from OX16 0EB
- The client decides that it is necessary or more cost effective to stay on or near site, irrespective of the number of hours actually worked
- Accommodation and meal expenses are INCLUDED in the 14-24 hour rate, up to a maximum of £110 per night. More than £110 per night expenses will be charged as an additional cost.
Hourly rates include the time and cost of travel to your office / workshop if it is WITHIN 25 MILES OF OX16 0EB.
If your office / workshop is over 25 miles from OX16 0EB you will be charged 60p per mile from OX16 0EB to your office / workshop.
RATES ARE FOR STARTING AND FINISHING AT YOUR OFFICE / WORKSHOP.
The time to travel to and from sites other than your office / workshop will be part of the contract labour hours charged.
Mileage will be charged at 60p per mile for traveling to sites other than your office/workshop if Freebird uses it's own transport.
E.g. If you wish Keith to be on site in Birmingham for 8:30am and not go to your offices/workshop first, labour charges will commence at 8:30am and you will be charged 60p per mile from OX16 0EB to the site in Birmingham, return.
